1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to our support team.

  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request

  • Information to Include: Please send the email from the address associated with your account. In the body of the email, include your Full Name, the Email Address linked to your account, and a statement confirming that you want your personal data deleted.

2. What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Once we receive your request, we will take the following steps:

  1. Verification: We may reach out to you to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.

  2. Processing: We will initiate the deletion of your account and personal information from our active databases. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, we will also submit a request through our Shopify admin dashboard to erase your customer data from Shopify’s servers.

  3. Confirmation: We will notify you via email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Please note: We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

3. What Data Gets Deleted?

Upon processing your request, we will delete or anonymize the following:

  • Your account profile and login details.

  • Your name, email address, and contact information.

  • Your course progress and learning history (if applicable).

  • Marketing and newsletter subscriptions (you will be unsubscribed).

4. Data We Are Required to Keep

Please be aware that for legal, tax, and regulatory reasons, we cannot delete certain information. We will retain:

  • Transaction/Order History: Basic information regarding past purchases is securely kept for our financial records and tax compliance.

  • Fraud Prevention Data: Data necessary to protect against fraudulent activity.

5. Third-Party Apps

If you have interacted with third-party tools or apps through our website, we will forward your deletion request to those service providers where applicable.
